New Business

Fall Dues $25 (Pay Treasurer Kenny Peoples)
Must raise at least 10% of budget to keep all funds.
Place items to order on list located in SPEAR Lab; if item is over $50, please list reason.
Decided on CCNC Conference in Las Vegas, NV from January 10-12, 2008.
Approximate cost of conference: $450 per student, $155 hotel per night, $300 plane ticket; SGC will help as much as possible, the rest must be raised by fundraisers.
SPEAR must hold 3 events a year, such as Harry Potter book release. Others include Spirit Week or Christmas party, such at Black Angus.
Spirit Week: Oct. 23 – SGC Movie Night, Oct. 24 – Faculty vs. Student Softball Game, Oct. 25 – SPEAR & SHARC Concert featuring Chris McCarty Band, Chili Cook Off, Oct. 26 – Nole Fest & Torch Run.
